Many issues finally getting resolved. Was advised if I need to have something else checked I would need to set up another appointment because they didn’t have time. Initial issue seems to have been resolved so far but car still has other issues that they didn’t have time to resolve. Oil Change and Other Repairs Perry was great. He communicated with me throughout the day. He made sure the parts were ordered for my heated seat and called me to schedule that rep Perry was great. Great Service at Lithia Stopped in to get a quick oil change. I was seen immediately. Sometimes it can be intimidating as a women going to get service done on your car but I NEVER feel that way at Lithia. Brian, my original car salesman even came out to say hello and asked me how I was doing. Thank you Litha for always making me feel at peace with my vehicle.
