The WORST customer service I have ever experienced. Hands down I will never be back! I will drive to Iowa City. Guess what my radio still does not work. But they do not seem to care it is more about what it down I will never be back! I will drive to Iowa City. Guess what my radio still does not work. But they do not seem to care it is more about what it will cost the dealership than making me happy. I was told loaners are for "real" service issues. AND NO ONE LISTENS! I got a loaner that was dirty, full of crap including personal items and the the temp window plate was expired and I guess what I got pulled over. Real nice. You all need to go back to the basics with customer service! When you answer the phone at least ACT like you care and I am not such and inconvenience to your day. I could go on and on but I won't.. I will end with I will never recommend you to anyone and IF I could I would get rid of my Passat just because of the service dept! More

Terrible service. I waited 2 hrs for an oil change before they said my oil pan was cracked. No oil stains in my garage so they clearly broke it while working on it. I said I would pick up between 4-4:30 and by 5 they still didn’t have done. I called Saturday morning to make sure it was done but no one ever answered the phone the 5 times I called between 8 and 8:40. After I finally got the vehicle I noticed they got oil stains inside the vehicle. More
