The service is good, but every time I bring my car in for service they forget to put the caps on my tires, which shouldn’t happen. I had an appointment for 9am on Friday. I had to call Friday afternoon to find out if my car was ready. I was told it hadn't been looked at yet. I called Saturday and no call back. Each day of the follow Friday afternoon to find out if my car was ready. I was told it hadn't been looked at yet. I called Saturday and no call back. Each day of the following week, I was told the same thing; "the tech hasn't had a chance to look at it and now he was going on vacation." I said that I was going to Minnesota that afternoon and that I would need to take the loaner vehicle. Well, miraculously now someone looked at the car. They did the oil change and gave me a ridiculous estimate on repairs that I'm not sure who provided. The communication was terrible and I have no faith in the estimate. Also, my car was dirty inside and out. I will never return or recommend this service department. I also want to report that the day I stopped by to schedule my appointment, the service reps were yelling and swearing at each other because one was leaving early for the day. That should have been my first indication of how unprofessional they are. More
