The service center was really helpful and made accomodations in scheduling me in. I didn't get the oil change like I thought I was getting. They did do vw recall. But nice customer service. When we scheduled the service they told us we needed to have our tires rotated, so we scheduled that along w the oil change. I brought the car in, and then they told us we didn't need the tires rotated, w have our tires rotated, so we scheduled that along w the oil change. I brought the car in, and then they told us we didn't need the tires rotated, which was the complete opposite of what they told us over the phone. The inconsistent message and communication was not ideal. The car is a year old, but only has around 6000 miles. More
