Linda was great! Everything else was horrible. First I had to find transportation because there were no loaner cars. This was very upsetting. Even after that I still took my car and had it serviced. About two weeks after I picked up my car, I noticed my car was leaking oil. Had my husband check it out, and it turned out that the bolt on the bottom of the car was not properly screwed in, and I had been leaking oil the whole time. Had to take my car on a Saturday to the dealership for them to fix what should have initially been checked before returning my car back. I do not feel safe taking my car back to this dealership. I figured the best place to take a Volkswagen is to a Volkswagen dealership. Guess I was wrong! More
