We were serviced at Lithia VW. It was the worst service experience yet for us! We made an appointment ahead because we needed out vehicle to be done by a certain date. It was brought in on that date and all we got was excuses as to why it was not looked at and may not be looked at for a day or so. Customer service was all about excuses and not how they could help out the situation. We were very displeased! More

I drove in with out an appointment and my car was serviced and tires checked. I mentioned the my windshield wipers were dragging and noisy. I had them replaced last visit. Excellent service from Linda C. and Johnny R. The video was a nice touch. These two went above and beyond. The only area for improvement I identified was a lack of service when my h and Johnny R. Well for one, my car was towed there. I called about it a few days later and the guy says it's not there.
