Service department is good, but I shouldn't have to be in there every week and on a first name basis with the staff. They have always been very helpful and usually able to provide a loaner. When I tried to trade in the vehicle I have that has been a huge problem, they insulted me with a lowball trade offer and tried to sell me a used xxx. The service was slow. They lied about getting my car to the tech in the morning two days.
