My only complaint would be that I scheduled the appointment for Wednesday and they didn't get to my car until Thursday. It would be great if they offered loaner vehicles so I wouldn't have to go for two days without a car and have to find a ride to pick up my car when it's done. More

Too long Please start taking appointments for oil changes. Over 2 hours for an “express oil change” is too long with a 4 year old. I do appreciate the dry eras Please start taking appointments for oil changes. Over 2 hours for an “express oil change” is too long with a 4 year old. I do appreciate the dry erase boards my son loves drawing while waiting. One other minor issue is that my seat and all of the minors were completely moved way beyond what they should have. I get adjusting the mirrors to properly see and would prefer they do so I don’t have damage to my vehicle but this was beyond that. Not a major issue more of an annoyance. More

They recommended several different things I should have done,I checked in n one VW wants $59.00 to change air filter and $59.00 for cabin filter,I checked both of those cost approx. $8.00 to $12.00 each,I’m going to go buy and do the work myself and some of the other thing recommended I’m going to Texas to have done,the dealer down there I know doesn’t charge big time because he doesn’t have to pay for big new building,and probably not a big house I never recommend any business!
