Brought car in for oil change and engine light came on. Car was in shop for over a week having the turbo changed. After getting the car back found that two bolts and a tool was left under the hood. Linda had the car towed and brought a loaner. Got the car checked over after the weekend and found a clamp broke so that was replaced. Will pick up the car in the morning and hope all is well. More

I wish I could give more stars!!! Majid and his Sales Manager, Jeremy were absolutely amazing! They both spent the time learning of our passions and true motives of buying a vehicle as opposed to pressur Manager, Jeremy were absolutely amazing! They both spent the time learning of our passions and true motives of buying a vehicle as opposed to pressuring us into something that would bring a quick profit. Once we found what we wanted, they were relentless in trying to find it. Of course we were searching for one of the rarest vehicles around (my wife is very particular;)) at last we finally found it, but...the other dealership that was supposed to provide it, sold it to someone else when they weren’t supposed to. While we were frustrated, (to be clear, not the fault of Majid, Jeremy, or Lithia of DSM) they made it their personal missions to find another one. And they did that, and more! There were only 7 of these in total out there and 5 of them were already spoken for. They did what they needed to do to ensure that our new vehicle was secured. Then, Majid personally drove to Wisconsin to ensure it was secured, and brought it back to us in Des Moines. That kind of service is never forgotten and we are forever grateful. We are exceptionally happy with our new vehicle and happy to report that Majid, Jeremy, and Lithia of DSM have customers for life...daughters too! they start driving soon...Thank you Majid and Jeremy!
