Pleased with my purchase. Love my new car. It was a busy Sat. I had to ask someone to test drive because everyone was busy. They quickly brought car up. Sales and financing went smoothly. I reached out to Ron, via email, detailing my poor experience, no response. This isn’t surprising since we also left him a voice mail, which he never bothered to return either. I want to make everyone aware that when you purchase a car from Lithia, they add on a 1200.00 “coat protection “ fee. This is on top of the price of your car. They also add in about 1,000 for “gap insurance “ , which should always be optional. So, plan for them to screw you out of about 3,000 when you shop here. We argued with them about the coat protection, but it was never taken off. I really wish I had walked away and not signed anything. After I purchased the car, I took it back in the following Monday as the entertainment module was glitchy. They kept the car for 5 days, and spent every day calling me and questioning if something was even wrong with it. Turns out, after I took the car to Ford, it needed a new module. Lithia did pay for the repair, but why did I have to spend 5 days arguing with them about it? Poor experience all around, I will never go back. Shady business. More
