Good service, thoughtful service manager. I was in/out in good time. Although I did see some cleaning protocols in place, I was DISMAYED that most people were not wearing masks. That's unacceptable. I was charged $125 for diagnosis, and I need it to be refunded, the results were not useful and helpful. I should have been informed that you cannot perform full and detailed diagnosis, just informing m refunded, the results were not useful and helpful. I should have been informed that you cannot perform full and detailed diagnosis, just informing me that engine light is on or transmission light is on does not help me as I can see that information on my own display itself and I can also see the warning for VDC off/slip on my display itself and then letting me know to go infiniti dealer for full diagnosis. I should have been informed before that you cannot perform full and detailed diagnosis. When I dropped my car for service I did mentioned the service officer of the warning signs.
