My salesman was great but once you purchase the car, they are not helpful. They tell you want you want to hear and then do not follow through. The only person I could get to get back with me is my sales pers are not helpful. They tell you want you want to hear and then do not follow through. The only person I could get to get back with me is my sales person. Not the manager, not service. They make commitments they can’t follow through on. One department doesn’t know what the other is doing or can do. It was incredibly annoying. The day I purchased the car they all were asking about a 5 star review. I would say, hold off on the review a month or two and see if you need anything from them first. More

The dealership did not work with me on the price of the vehicle nor my trade-in and directly answer my questions. When I voiced concerns to the general manager he never followed up. Live over 2 hours away and had already driven the car but they kept me at the dealership over 3 hours and wasted my time. I already had financing secured and had talked to the lender about obtaining an extended warranty through my credit union and they wasted more time looking at other lenders which did not offer a cheaper rate and trying to sell me an extended warranty which I went either after the finance manager dropped to price to match what the credit union offered. Upon reading the fine print of the warranty and reading consumer reviews it didn’t look like the warranty was worth the money so I asked to cancel it and am still waiting to be credited. More

Check engine light was on and Lithia worked with me to squeeze me in to get the car serviced. They contacted my extended warranty company and got the service work approved by them so I only paid the deduc squeeze me in to get the car serviced. I brought in a trade-in and said I wanted about $13k for it. After talking with the manager, Alex told me they would do $8k because KBB is inflated so I couldn’t base off that. Told me I had to put more money down to get the car I really wanted. Would not compromise at all. It’s on the site today for $15k with a KBB chart saying that’s a good price . Tried to sell me a different car and continued to lie about what features I would be missing out on compared to the car I wanted. It really is shady business and I will not return. More

I brought my car in for an issue that was diagnosed as a glitchy communications box. The sevice rep told me he would need to order the part and call me when the part arrived.
