I sincerely appreciate that I am no longer pressured to piay for small services I don’t really have to have. I am still upset that a few years back I told the service department I didn’t want new windshie piay for small services I don’t really have to have. I am still upset that a few years back I told the service department I didn’t want new windshield wipers but they put them on anyway and I had to pay for them. I am pleased that kind of service has stopped. More
Phil and Tyler were great! Had my GTI's sunroof bezel crack, and then after it was fixed the whole bezel flew off! Phil was quick to get me back in to get the problem fixed and Tyler was very professiona crack, and then after it was fixed the whole bezel flew off! We purchased the vehicle on 6.8.21 and as of 7.7.21 we have not received the title for the car-the salesman informed us when we picked up the car on 6.16 it would submitted the next day. We had our mech have not received the title for the car-the salesman informed us when we picked up the car on 6.16 it would submitted the next day. We had our mechanic check the vehicle before agreeing to purchase. The sale person was given a copy of the report, we reviewed it at his desk and he agreed that all the areas our mechanic had indicated needed to be fixed WOULD be fixed before we picked the car up along with the documentation it was done. Only 50% of this was done. Not all areas of work were completed and there was no documentation (were verbally told) given to us of the work that was completed. In hindsight I should not have trusted the 'word' of a salesman and his manager, instead should have required everything that was verbally agreed to be put into writing (I will own this one). My interaction with Litha regarding this transaction has reinforced the long-held image...a used car salesman is not to be trusted. Now I need to see if I can find the title to the car I purchased over 1 month ago. More
