These guys are great! I’ve had dealings with several members of Lithia’s team from sales and service to finance and GM. The first car I bought from Lithia was about 6 years ago and was a used GTI. After 5 months of ownership, it needed a major repair. I was very frustrated, but the team at Lithia got me into a brand new ride the next day and made things right. The start of this situation could have ensured that I would never do business with them again, but the way they handled it is the reason that my wife and I have bought 4 cars from Lithia since then. I bought a Golf wagon 6 weeks ago and my wife, Beth, bought a Tiguan today. I am in food sales and frequently reference Lithia whenever I describe how to properly deal with customer service issues. Chris Woodard has now sold us 3 cars and he is great to work with, as are Dwane and McKenzie in finance and Solomon the sales manager, but Chris is our go-to now and if you are in the market for a sweet ride, I would recommend asking for him by name. We really like Volkswagens, but the treatment we receive from Lithia is what keeps us coming back. Again, ask for Chris Woodard. He’s the man! More

Phil Ostrem referred me to have my car detailed by Lithia, even though it's a Toyota. Phil gave me very high expectations and promised my car would look like new. My car has over 100,000 miles and is a 2014, so I was skeptical. However, the work that the detailing team did on my car was way better than I expected, and far superior to the work of local competitors. I held off on getting this done because of price, but I should have done it long ago. The price is more than other detailers in the area, but the work is so much better, it's still an excellent purchase and an investment into my car. I would recommend Lithia detailing to anyone who needs their car to look like it just came off the lot-- even if it came off the lot seven years ago. More

It took 3 days to even get diagnostics and getting through on the phone was nearly impossible. Samuel Dawson was the worst 2 min phone call I have ever had with a car dealership in my life. I tried contacting them on Saturday to get info on a ID4 then called on Monday after getting no response and le had with a car dealership in my life. I tried contacting them on Saturday to get info on a ID4 then called on Monday after getting no response and left a message then today called again today finally got ahold of him. He said it was a requirement to pay and extra $1899 for an inter and exterior protection package and it was not optional as they put that on all new cars and you have to pay it. I am already approved for the car with my credit union and just needed to get a PO from them and set up a time to come pick up the car. This $1899 required protection package combined with the service level and Samuels attitude cost this dealership a sale that would of been as simple and sending over a PO and setting up a day for us to pick up the car. (We are 4 hours outside of town from the store) More

Service personnel have been on the rude end of the spectrum the last few times. As soon as we decided to check prices for a specific type of service the service rep became a bit annoyed. When we showed up for our appointment, we saw that the service rep wrote “bad idea” on our quote. When we arrived to pick it up. The car was left dirty. This didn’t surprise me as they no longer wash your car (which is sad) but they used to give car wash vouchers (which is nice but not the same). In my opinion, the service has went down hill at Lithia in recent years. We bought the car new here in 2018. We’ll probably head West for our next purchase. More
