I asked them to fix a seat seam and they seemed to have done that.I requested a second fob for the vehicle. Mayo did get me a second fob but it is not programmed and that requires an appointment also. I th done that.I requested a second fob for the vehicle. I live in Ft Dodge so I have a 1 and 1/2 hour drive to Des Moines. Because of the scarcity of VW dealers in Iowa those who are here need to be super good!!! More
