The WORST customer service I have ever experienced. Hands down I will never be back! I will drive to Iowa City. Guess what my radio still does not work. But they do not seem to care it is more about what it down I will never be back! I will drive to Iowa City. Guess what my radio still does not work. I got a loaner that was dirty, full of crap including personal items and the the temp window plate was expired and I guess what I got pulled over. Real nice. You all need to go back to the basics with customer service! When you answer the phone at least ACT like you care and I am not such and inconvenience to your day. I could go on and on but I won't.. I will end with I will never recommend you to anyone and IF I could I would get rid of my Passat just because of the service dept! More

Terrible service. I waited 2 hrs for an oil change before they said my oil pan was cracked. No oil stains in my garage so they clearly broke it while working on it. I called Saturday morning to make sure it was done but no one ever answered the phone the 5 times I called between 8 and 8:40.
