My recent experience though, had the sun rising and setting every day in Linda Cramer's smiley eyes. Not only did she take care of every problem on my list, her technician found and fixed a potentially serious problem I wasn't aware of. So, my SUV (that I work out of) was sidelined unexpectedly for over a week. She helped me transfer all my stuff to a lovely loaner and made sure my warranty covered it all. Hardly an inconvenience, in fact the best outcome possible, Linda simply rocked it for me! More
I am beyond happy with my experience at Lithia, never did I think in my life that I’d own a German Vehicle due to costs of vehicles and maintenance, but after going in and being treated with great care from I think in my life that I’d own a German Vehicle due to costs of vehicles and maintenance, but after going in and being treated with great care from their staff, I couldn’t imagine driving anything else. They were very friendly and got me where I needed to be and even took care of some simple things around my car free of charge. I got to work with a member of their team named Majid and I can tell you confidently that if you guys wish to get into a luxury car with an even more luxurious buying experience he’s your man, I look forward to doing even more business with them in the future.
