Had to go back to the dealership after an oil change due to a check engine light. Turns out the oil cap wasn’t securely fastened, requiring another 20 minutes. I was very unimpressed with our whole experience at the dealership. We had an appointment to meet with Alex and look at a suburban. We were only there looking at 1 vehicle, and we took it for a short drive dealership. We had an appointment to meet with Alex and look at a suburban. We were sent to the waiting area for over an hour before we were called back to meet with the finance manager. Our whole time spent at the dealership from start to finish was well over 4 hours, and we didn’t even bring home our vehicle. One tire was completely bald and the dash was cracked all the way across, so we asked that these things be taken care of before we would take it. They gave us a temporary license plate for 10 days for our Durango we were trading in. Alex got in touch with my husband and was hoping it would be done by Saturday (14 days after purchase) and stated if it wasn’t done that he would bring it down during the week. On Tuesday I contacted Alex and asked for an update. He said he was taking it to another shop because they didn’t have the time or resources there to put in the new dash. He then text back saying it should be done that evening and wanted to know if we could come get it Tues or Wed (17 and 18 days after purchase) in which I told him we couldn’t get up there either day. He did get a guy to bring it down Wed afternoon then. The vehicle had a sticker on it saying it had been detailed, which it was not clean on the inside, and they were going to run it through service, and when we got it there was clearly an electrical problem that wasn’t addressed as all the lights inside flicker and 3 dome lights are completely out. More
