Due to my dog getting sick in my car, I called for a detail. It was in a place they could not be cleaned with standard tools. When placing the appointment, I explained to to the service guy what happene detail. It was in a place they could not be cleaned with standard tools. When placing the appointment, I explained to to the service guy what happened and he spoke with detailing and said they recommended the $130 detail. I showed him where it was and explained on phone that I guessed they would need to peel seat back. Upon picking my car up, I looked at the area that I specifically asked for, I could still see remnants from my dog. I pointed out to service guy and he said that was the best they could do without pulling seats out. I had mentioned that during booking and said I would like to do whatever I can to get it fixed. I would also like to point out that I paid for one of the more expensive details which Included exterior work and on this day, even though i didn’t want it, it was raining and the car had not been kept inside. I understand the weather is outside of their control, but for someone that just spent the money on a detail, it was for nothing. I then told them I wanted them to pull the seats out to be able to ensure they fully got the rest of the mess. The service guy was kind and gave me a discount for the inconvenience of having to wait yet another day. In the end I got what I needed completed with a $350 price tag to which a portion of that was unnecessary do to them not calling to explain what could truly get the mess as well as a detail that didn’t fix the problem. I was grateful for getting a quick appointment, the service guy was kind and nice, and ultimately got things cleaned up. I was disappointed that once the detailing began that there wasn’t a phone call made to explain to me what would truly get this done completely opposed to half way. I’m happy to discuss with someone. I had a 1:00 appt for a simple headlight replacement and when I dropped the car off I was told they wouldn’t get tonight until after 3:00. No advance notice. Major inconvenience.
