The service was slow. They lied about getting my car to the tech in the morning two days. To me this was a short turn solution to get me out the door. More

We were serviced at Lithia VW. It was the worst service experience yet for us! We made an appointment ahead because we needed out vehicle to be done by a certain date. It was brought in on that date and all we got was excuses as to why it was not looked at and may not be looked at for a day or so. Customer service was all about excuses and not how they could help out the situation. We were very displeased! More
