I was looking to trade in my Jeep and fell in love with the Taos! AJ was my salesman and has excellent customer service! I test drove one Taos but was out of my price range. He called me maybe 2 days late the Taos! AJ was my salesman and has excellent customer service! I test drove one Taos but was out of my price range. He called me maybe 2 days later with a different model and I knew it was the one! He was so helpful and determined to find what I was looking for and made it happen. I couldn't be happier with my new Taos and thank you to everyone at the dealership that helped out!!! More

The service manager I worked with was friendly and helpful, and I had no issue with him or with the work done. It was the prices! They wanted over $840 for two tire pressure sensors, something I can helpful, and I had no issue with him or with the work done. It was the prices! They wanted over $840 for two tire pressure sensors, something I can have done at a tire shop for $128. A fuel pump controller module that VW gives an MSRP of $318 was $406, and I could find the exact same factory part for sale online at $232. Altogether they quoted me $3500 for a few small repairs. I had them do only those things that I thought really should be done by a dealer and went elsewhere for the rest. They’re even expensive compared to other dealers... their shop rate is $185/hr, but Deery Bros where I take my truck is $140/hr. They offer good service, but at exorbitant prices. I expect to pay a premium for factory parts and trained technicians, but this seemed excessive. More
