Jeremy went above and beyond to assist me during my last visit at the VW dealership, in that he was extremely helpful. This was my first time a new car for myself. My wife and I had just gotten her a new a car a few months prior from a different dealer for her. So I wasn't expecting that I would get one at Lithia. I have I had just gotten her a new a car a few months prior from a different dealer for her. So I wasn't expecting that I would get one at Lithia. I have also heard bad things about Lithia Motors.....I dont understand why. I thought they were friendly, and polite. Jeremy got some basic info from me, for the financing, less than other dealers have asked for. He then asked what it was I was looking for in a vehicle. To be honest, I was looking for a Jetta-because it was cheaper. Instead I walked away with a Passat. When we first got there, we took a Jetta on a test drive, came back and they were still talking to lenders. So we walked the lot looking at Jettas. He then asked if I would be ok leasing-working 5 mins from home-why not? So he then asked about the Passat, looked at it, said why not, I like the extra room inside. Now I didnt the trim level I was wanting, but the one I have is just fine for me and my family. We take my car anywhere since its the larger of the two cars we have. If all dealers were like Lithia I think car buying would a fun easy going process. Thank You Lithia for delivering what I think is a miracle getting into a car. Buying a car in winter in Des Moines can be a struggle, but Jeremy made the expereience as painless as possible. He cleaned off the car, warmed it up and then went with me on a test drive. I have wanted a yellow VW Beetle for years - last one we owned was in the 60's. I guess I am trying to relive my youth. Negotiations went smoothly with only one trip to the manager. He took all of my info and delivered it to the Credit Manager while he demonstrated another car to me to minimize my time at the dealership. When that was done, I signed papers and was driving out of the dealership in less than 2 hours. I had anticipated that I would have to wait for delivery of the car, but this dealership exceeded my expectations. I would recommend Jeremy to anyone looking to buy a VW. He is a bright young man that goes above and beyond to please. More

The experience with Lithia was great and especially the service I got from Jeremy. Because I have a H1B visa and no credit built up yet its hard to get a loan for a car.
