When those vehicles didn't fit our family's needs, Chad spent the better part of an entire day reviewing available inventory that fit within our criteria, testing out different vehicles and listening to what we liked/didn't like to end up finding the new-to-us ride that we brought home. He was up front with us without being high-pressure, worked his tail off to get the price within our budget, and was incredibly patient with us (me) as I'm pretty picky with the vehicles we consider. I have already mentioned his name to several people when telling them about our car shopping experience. We would most definitely return to Lithia to work with Chad the next time we're in the market for a vehicle. Tim (the GM) was great to work with as well! More

Jazz went above and beyond to find the perfect vehi I came to this dealership with a list of 'must-haves' in a new vehicle and a specific price range. Jazz went above and beyond to find the perfect vehicle for me and even contacted me after hours to let me know of a vehicle that had come in that he thought I would love. Turns out, he was correct and I bought it! Jazz was upfront and honest about vehicles we drove and knowledgable about all of the pros and cons. Excellent customer service and I'd gladly work with Lithia and Jazz again. More
