But the technician quickly offered me a car to use, so I could run some important, time sensitive errands while my car was being serviced. I definitely appreciated her effort to go above and beyond and offer a loaner vehicle. My only issue is that customarily, a service technician will go over the report they send with you (with the red, yellow, and green colors), detailing the various check points performed as part of the service. Perhaps it was due to it being a Saturday and that a service technician was unavailable to go over the findings with me, but I discovered at home a day later than one of my fluid levels need attention. I would have appreciated this being pointed out to me on the day of service. They typically are. More

He stayed VERY late past his time off for the day to make sure that I would be leaving with my car that night. It was an experience I would do again in a heartbeat. It was particularly good since I had just been to a dealer in Cedar Rapids that very morning who was late for an appointment I made. When I am ready to give a dealer money, I expect timeliness!
