Best first (and hopefully last) car buying experience. I wasn't sure what to expect, it being my first time buying, but i shall say it was superb. I figured it'd be pushy sales people, overwhelming lin I wasn't sure what to expect, it being my first time buying, but i shall say it was superb. I figured it'd be pushy sales people, overwhelming lingo or numbers talk, and stress (i mean all of the stress). But what i walk into and out of was the best exchange and purchase i have ever experienced. I first started talking online with a rep from the dealership,Christa, after inquiring about a car online. I set up an appointment to come in and look, although after studying the inventory online i found one that suited me more. when i walked in i wasn't sure how to react, but i was greeted with smiles and welcoming people. I was then introduced to Aziz, my car salesman, he participated greatly in making this a great experience. i was asked about how often i drove, to where, how long. how many people i took with me and how much space i needed. it turned out the car that matched my needs, and had awesome mpg, was the one i had looked into earlier. I then was invited to take a test drive, in which i figured i would be given a sales pitch. However it was instead a very personable and enjoyable conversation as i experienced the features of the car first hand. When we returned Aziz then went over the cars very wonderful components, safety, and comforts. I was also informed of it's sturdiness and what and where it might need maintenance. i was shown a Carfax in detail; we went through the whole thing as to understand how well the car had been taken car of, and that it was a good solid car not a clunker waiting to happen. every question i had was given honest and straight forward answers, no dodges or excuses. He did his best to address any concerns or worries that arrised, from thinking it over to finalizing. The buying process was thorough and easy, the payments i have monthly are very reasonable. Even the trade off and send off was a great experience, it was a very welcoming place with an easy friendly atmosphere. More
