Purchasing our leased car We had our own financing and had abtimebto be at the dealership and we sat there 3 hours without anything being done with regards to paperwork. We left they called us to come back to sign papers finally and then they forgot some of the papers and our new plates are delayed. Not sure the finance office knows what it means to multi task and/or be proactive. We were told he was too busy and he came out and said he wasn’t aware of any paperwork More
