Dissapointed I bought a used car from them about a month ago, and have had 3 problems with it already. I did not purchase the warranty, didn't really see the need I bought a used car from them about a month ago, and have had 3 problems with it already. I did not purchase the warranty, didn't really see the need to since its only 8 years old and has low mileage. Anyway, i went to drive it off the lot just after signing the paperwork and the service engine light came on, they said they would fix it which took them 7 days. Apparently they had to send it to ames to the dealer to do a software upgrade. They did give me a loaner car, but durning these 7 days i got the runaround on whe it would be done and i had to call them, there communication is poor. I've had the car now for about 3 weeks, and about a week and a half ago, a loud clunking sound started coming from the back and it was getting worse so i took it to firestone, they said the rear passenger tire has 3 lug nuts which were extremely loose, and was missing 2, and the hub and bearings are going out. I thought that was weird because i had a low tire pressure light on the car as well, on that same tire that lithia supposedly said they fixed before i drove it off the lot. If they supposedly do a complete car inspection before selling, how did they not see i was missing 2 lug nuts and the other 3 were very loose. I am dissapointed on how this all worked out, i understand buying a used car problems can happen, but this should not have happened, its careless. My husband and newly licensed son will both be buying new cars, but not at lithia. More

I needed to bring in my vehicle for an error code and needed a loaner. They were quick to find a time when a loaner car was available that I could come in and drop off my car. I had tight time frames for drop off and pickup but they weren't an issue. My car was fixed the day they received it and I haven't had any issues since. More
Good warranty repair experience The service was good. They have a little text messaging app that allows you to keep in touch with the service coordinator, so that was nice. My vehicle is a certified pre-owned, so the transaction was easy. My only question would be how thoroughly they inspect the cars before they turn them over. They day after I drove my car off the lot, I noticed a problem with a front wheel that seems like it should have been noticed. The day after I got that fixed, my check engine light came on. Probably just a coincidence, and hopefully they'll fix my engine issue and I won't have any more problems. More

I was not contacted until a week and a day later after I reached out. They stated we’re ordering parts and would be 2-5 business days more to get and would fix same day parts were in. I contacted a week later (5 business days) and was advised parts were in that day and car would be fixed the following day by 430pm. So car in shop for over two weeks!! I never have this issue when servicing my many Toyota’s. Sad my daughter had to have this VW Beetle and we have to use this place for repairs. Also should mention my daughter attempted to buy from this location and felt discriminated against. Ultimately bought from Carmax and her interest rate was sooooooo much lower!!!!! More

Would somebody in the service department answer the phone!!! Took 3 attempts to finally get through to make the service appointment. Not sure how, but one of the fins on the center HVAC vents was dislodged...perhaps bumped it when they changed the interior filter!?!?!. Was able to pop it back into position. The 40K service list in the owners manual indicates that the tires were to be rotated. Not sure if that actually happened as it was not on the bill. Would be nice if the service team would validate the work was done properly prior to releasing the car back to the customer. More
