All of the cars that I looked at in the lot included all weather mats. When I picked the car up, it had to be brought down from Minnesota, it didn’t have the all weather mats. I was disappointed by this. it also has a dent on the roof. Dane told me they will fix this. I’ve asked a couple times about how to schedule an appointment for this but haven’t heard from him regarding this. More

frustating I was told a oil change and tire rotation would take around 1 hour. (I thought that maybe VW didn't operate the same as Toyota Service) I went in And told Cheyanne why I was there, she looked on the computer and seemed surprised that she was my Representive. (That seemed odd to me) I told her I would wait for the service and I would be sitting in the waiting area. I put my ear plugs in and began listening to my audio book. At approximately 16:15 it occurred to me that a lot of time had past. I went back to Cheyanne's deck and noticed my paper work was laying there. (I don't know for how long), she was not there. eventually a gentleman ask if I had been helped, I said no and then he checked into my car. He came back shortly to advise me that my car was just being pulled out of the stall. I paid for the tire rotation and when to my car to leave (not happy) started the car and the garage door did not open, wait a few mins and then entered again when gentleman called my name and said the door doesn't open automatically, and he would open it. As I drove off I wondered why my seat and setting were not as I left them and why was my temperature now in centigrade and speed was not in MPH? Was I disappointed with my service and treatment? xxxx Yes! Seemed like we have your money already, so we don't care. I hope I have explicit enough. More

I did not have an appointment, they were busy, but I was treated as if I was their most important customer, and the oil change, with their green-yellow-red inspection sheet, was completed faster than I am used to having had at other dealerships. I bought my car from them last March, what has impressed me is that in all of my interactions with this dealership I have been aware of the feeling that they honestly want me to have a good experience, and a safe driving situation. I have always felt respected and appreciated, which is something that most people do not experience when dealing with Car service or purchases. More
Maintenance I have a 2019 Tiguan & love that it notified me I was due for an oil change. Took it in and I had forgotten that I get 2 oil changes per year for fre I have a 2019 Tiguan & love that it notified me I was due for an oil change. Took it in and I had forgotten that I get 2 oil changes per year for free. (nice surprise) They are so friendly there & have always been been along with being helpful. I had the oil changed, tires rotated & software update in my vehicle. I was there approximately 1.5 - 2 hrs & it didnt seem that long. They do a superb job! More

Frustrating and disappointing My issue was discovered by a tech during a routine oil change. Scheduled my appointment at that time for 6 days later. When I arrived for my appt, not My issue was discovered by a tech during a routine oil change. Scheduled my appointment at that time for 6 days later. When I arrived for my appt, not only were the notes incorrect but nobody was notified the part needed to be ordered. Received a call at the end of the first day that it would take a week for the part to come in. A week passes and i haven't heard anything. Call again and am notified there must have been a miscommunication, but the part was on international back order and wouldn't be in for another 2 weeks. My car sat there for 3 weeks, when it all could have been avoided had somebody ordered the part when I made the appointment for service. On top of that, i was the one calling to check on the status not the other way around. I felt like my service had been forgotten amd it was only checked on when a message was received from me. I can see why Lithia service has such bad reviews. Seems like the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing and there are no processes in place to prevent it. More
