I was searching for a 2020 Tundra and was frustrated with several dealers about the Portland area. Information from these salespersons was not open and helpful toward making a deal . A simple email inquiry resulted in an immediate response with the best offer on a Tundra I could find anywhere. He is personable and responsive to the customer needs to a level I have not experience before and I am 62 years old! I drove down from Seattle (about 4 1/2 hours away) to look at two vehicles at Lithia Toyota. Keith was very friendly and informative over email.
