This is my second time using this dealership and second time having Keith help me out with purchasing a car. Both times have been great and I highly recommend this dealership. They are all very accommodating, very quick service which I appreciate and they even had a 2020 supra in the showroom floor that they let me sit in and check out which was awesome. Keith was amazing! I contacted Keith through autotrader.com and he quickly replied with both a text and a phone call. My wife and I were (used) car shopping outside our area, due to limited options. We had a appointment with a nother dealership, but decided to go to Lithia in Springfield - as the person I had been correspo due to limited options. We had a appointment with a nother dealership, but decided to go to Lithia in Springfield - as the person I had been corresponding with (Keith) seemed like an honest dealer. However, when we arrived, he was busy as we assured by Rodney. At first, things went fairly well - been when Keith didn't take over, and negotiations started - things for weird. We were trading-in a low mileage 2007 Prius, which Keith and I estimated (via KBB and email) to be around $3,643. However, Rodney retuned with $2000 - which was insulating. When were required more, he answered by saying "wow" and asked where we were getting our numbers - which I explained with our research and prior conversation with Keith. They only offered $2,500, and barely worked with the price of the vehicle, even after puling-up KBB - but thought the Certified status would justify the cost. Upon arriving home (2-hours away), I decided to check the air and cabin filters - which were behind disgusting. Greatly disappointed in our experience. More
