Fuel door latch wouldn't activate on a 2016 Toyota Camry. Scheduled a last-minute appointment with Ken and drove in on fumes on a Monday! Was pretty anxious about the repair costs. Ken & the Lithia Toyota Service opened the fuel door and I was able to fill up on gas after they called me that it was opened, but not repaired yet. Then I returned my Camry. Took a day for parts but no biggie. Next day, I had a brand new latch cable and a fuel door (didn't ask them for it) but it was covered under a Lithia extended warranty - no cost! Service was complete, effective, and awesome! Thank you! I'll use them again - can confirm! More
