I’m baaaack from 3 years ago when I bought my 2011 Ford Mustang GT from Keith Moreck Internet Sales Manager at Lithia Toyota in Springfield Oregon. I emailed Keith that I was interested in an Acura they h Mustang GT from Keith Moreck Internet Sales Manager at Lithia Toyota in Springfield Oregon. I emailed Keith that I was interested in an Acura they had for sale as an interim car until I can afford a 2021 Ford Mustang Mach 1. Keith did a good job getting me into the new car and Chris provided quick and accurate financing. Another great job by your team. Keith got me in and out quickly last week to purchase an 09 Honda Fit that I found online. He wasn't pushy and honored sale price even though I paid in cash. Price was fair for the mileage according to KBB and other similar vehicles in the area. I took the car to my mechanic after purchasing which I of course should have done before finalizing sale but I needed the car immediately. My mechanic let me know that it needed a new air filter, battery, and alignment. I was obviously a little annoyed as I expected these to be done prior to sale or at least disclosed, but fortunately Keith helped me get Lithia to replace the battery and perform the alignment for free which was much appreciated (I did not purchase a warranty and the car was only $5500). My mechanic also pointed out a small sputter in the engine that I didn't pick up on during the test drive, which I'm hoping will be resolved with some replaced spark plugs or engine coils at a later date (if it's anything worse I will try to update this review to reflect that). Overall, Keith was respectful and helpful and went above and beyond to make sure my car was safe and affordable. I recommend working with Keith to buy a vehicle at Lithia Toyota of Springfiekd HOWEVER if you're buying a used car here (or anywhere else) get an independent pre purchase inspection to save yourself the headache of coming in later for service or worse, spending money on a car that doesn't run. More
I wanted a RAV4 with specific packages and in a specific color. I found it on the Toyota inventory website and Keith was able to get it for me in a day :) Both Keith and the financial person were very easy color.
