We just purchased a new 2022 4Runner "Limited" from Lithia Toyota of Springfield. We highly recommend both Keith to anyone wanted a no pressure, well informed, and just a great person when purchasing any vehicle. You won't be disappointed, and he will take excellent care of you. We finished up our purchase with Dennis in Finance, and he was also great to work with getting the finance package together in a quick and easy fashion. I had contacted Lithia because a white Sienna XLE was advertised as available. When I sent a general email, Keith responded to my inquiry. At the time, a Sienna was not available; however, later in the w advertised as available. When I sent a general email, Keith responded to my inquiry. At the time, a Sienna was not available; however, later in the week Keith contacted me to say there was going to be one on the lot "tomorrow" morning. Due to work, I couldn't make the 95 mile drive until Saturday. Unfortunately, Keith was not working on Saturday so he referred me to Michael. Keith had been very responsive, helpful and an excellent communicator and he made sure the transition to Michael was a smooth one. From the Internet communication with Keith to the friendly greeter when we pulled into the parking lot before the dealership opened to Michael (salesperson) and Steve (finance), we experienced friendly, professional service. We had the opportunity to work with a dealership within 20 miles of where we live. With the local dealership, there was no vehicle to examine or test drive so they wanted us to put down $500 and wait for a vehicle. We were in no rush to purchase so we were considering this option. Had Lithia not had a vehicle and treated us so incredible, we would have purchased closer to home. More
