My sales associate, Rodney Kellum, was so nice, professional, and informative. He is very well informed on the RAV 4 Hybrid. Before my test drive he made sure I was aware of the 'features' of the professional, and informative. He is very well informed on the RAV 4 Hybrid. Before my test drive he made sure I was aware of the 'features' of the electronics on the upgraded safety features. After my purchase he gave me, and my husband, a tutorial of all of the features. He was very thorough, it took about 90 min. I have his business card and he assured me if I have any future questions he is more than happy to answer them for me. We bought my husbands 2022 Corolla SE at a different dealership and we were not offered a tutorial. What a contrast in customer service! I am thrilled with my new RAV 4, and I feel I am an informed buyer with the help from Rodney and my Internet research. Lithia Toyota of Springfield was the best car buying experience ever. More
They were pretty good. I also got a free trial for XM radio and it isn’t even hooked up to the after market stereo, More
