My daughter and I we’re coming back from a trip from the Pendleton Roundup. The service light lit saying time for service. My 2021 Toyota RAV 4 Prime just turned 25k. They were busy, we were the third car in line for service. Each lane when I arrived had three cars waiting. When I arrived The service writer took our mileage and welcomed us, He apologized for the line and said we’ll get you in as soon as we can. The initial paperwork has been replaced by an app approving service on your vehicle. Service took place, oil change, tire rotation, service checks on brakes, and etc. Paperwork was completed, tech reviewed service checks with me, apologized again for the wait, told us to have a great rest of your day and we left. Lithia staff very professional and polite. I have purchased 6 vehicles for our family from Lithia. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone and everyone to purchase or service your vehicles. More

While purchasing a brand new truck, I noticed that one of the items the trucks was supposed to come with appeared to be missing. The salesman had no idea what a skid plate was. So he and I took the truck o the items the trucks was supposed to come with appeared to be missing. The salesman had no idea what a skid plate was. So he and I took the truck over to the service center to find out. They didn't know what a skid plate is either. After going home and looking it up, I discovered the skid plate was right in front of us the entire time. If it were a snake, it would have bit all 3 of us, just for a laugh. I was kinda' amazed that the service center didn't figure this one out though. I went ahead and made the purchase. But now (September 2022) is not the time to buy. They can't get enough of these things onto the sales floor. So good deals are hard to come by. If you can hold-off til late 2023, you could probably get better deals. The majority of the negotiating process was pre-done since I had done the vast majority by email. The place is very clean, and the staff are friendly & alert. Emails are responded to in VERY short order! I give the service dept 2 stars since they should have known what a factory-standard TRD skid plate is. Sales I'll give 4 stars. While I got a decent deal, it wasn't a rocking-good deal. 5 stars to Keith Morek's personal attention. He was very friendly & responsive. More
