Lithia Toyota of Springfield

Last week while getting oil changed at Lithia I told them I was having trouble with battery less than a year old being dead or too weak to properly start my ‘16 Highlander. They put a meter on it and said ba I was having trouble with battery less than a year old being dead or too weak to properly start my ‘16 Highlander. They put a meter on it and said battery was good even though it almost didn’t start to leave. I was told I would need to make appointment with service department to check any further. A couple days later when I called service department I was told to stop by and they would check battery. Within 45 minutes they replaced battery and a cable terminal under warranty. Handy for us since we live 40 miles from dealership. That was the 4th time the oil change shop told me battery was fine when it needed to be replaced on two different rigs. First time I was stranded and AAA came to the rescue, evaluated battery short is starting amps and replaced the battery. More
