I have not used their service center yet, but when I got my new van, they found one that was coming in many months before any other dealer in town, gave me details, showed me the exact vehicle that was comi my new van, they found one that was coming in many months before any other dealer in town, gave me details, showed me the exact vehicle that was coming in and let me out a $500 deposit on it (the other dealer in town was asking for $2000 down for a 12-14 month wait) and got my van to me almost a month early! After a thorough test drive, my rig sounds and rives amazingly. Couple days after purchase there was a strange shaking on the front end. Initially we believed maybe the tires were unbalanced, they even amazingly. Couple days after purchase there was a strange shaking on the front end. Initially we believed maybe the tires were unbalanced, they even replaced the right CV joint, but the shaking continued. Later discovering I wound need a new transmission. I was very upset to say the least. My new suv of maybe of 1 week needs a new transmission. Greg Ziolkowski insured me he would do his best to correct the situation. I ended up paying $1000 for probably over 7k in service. Im thankful, I'm also 100% aware they didn't have to. Thanks Toyota I love my FJ cruiser.. More
