I’m generally pleased, but disappointed that tire rotation is not done on every visit, even though that’s an indicated service in maintenance log. This review is for my 5,000 mi oil change service. The service and care is always excellent. And they use OEM Toyota oil which is all I will put in my Toyota. The time in line waiting has been getting longer and longer lately though. It took about 1 1/2 hours in line waiting this time. I hope this improves in the future. More
