I love the service center but am more than frustrated at your unwillingness to answer your phones or respond to messages. I VERY NEARLY CANCELED MY APPOINTMENT AND WENT TO YOUR LOCAL COMPETITOR, AS I HAD TO DO TO PURCHASE MY CURRENT VEHICLE BECAUSE OF POOR SERVICE BY YOUR SALES PEOPLE, Service doesn't start when I pull into the shop. Service is a continuum. The ONLY reason I get my car serviced at Lithia is because all my previous experiences with the service center over the past 35 years has been positive. Disappointed. More
