I brought my recently purchased 2012 Toyota Tacoma Prerunner to Lithia for an overall look. It had nearly 200K miles on it, and I wanted to see what I might be facing for ongoing service. They did a full exam and gave me a prioritized list of services I should consider. I waited while they did some servicing of the transmission. The wait gave me a chance to observe the service center and listen to general conversations between staff and customers. I came away impressed by the consistent attention to detail, order and professionalism. My second service for the next items on the list would take all day. As I didn't have a second car, Lithia arranged for Lyft to take me home and bring me back when my truck was ready. In both cases, I felt I was enjoying the experience of red-carpet treatment. And the final bill was exactly the amount quoted before work began. In all, I am totally impressed and relieved to be a Lithia customer. More
We have been doing business with Lithia, Springfield for about 26 years! We have purchased 2 vehicles, that we still own. 1997 T100 and a 2011 Prius. Ken slid the canopy back and took care of the recall. More
