Mark was the finance specialist and was extremely personable ( a huge Pete Rose and Emmet Smith fan) and very thorough. The financing exceeded our expectations. The one downside is the traffic flow for the Express Lube service. It would be helpful if there were directional arrow or lines painted for cars waiting in line.
