Upon entering the dealership I was greeted by a friendly salesperson offering to help me. I was able to tell Keith what it was that I was looking for in my next car purchase. He presented me with different salesperson offering to help me. I was able to tell Keith what it was that I was looking for in my next car purchase. He presented me with different options that he thought would work the best for my situation and the types of features I was looking for in a car. He took me around to look at the available cars and answered all questions I had. He was easy to work with and did not put any pressure on me to make the purchase. I felt comfortable and like what I was saying was being heard. I feel that I got a fair price and that Keith did what he could to get me the lowest payment possible. We had a pretty bad experience with a Eugene Dealership. I really didn't even want to deal with the whole car buying experience again. However, my granddaughter really needed a car. After shopping around at that other dealership (starts with a K) I made my way to Springfield Toyota. What a great place to buy a car, not only was my salesman knowledgeable, but they also had a great selection. The whole experience was fun and easy. This is my first new car and definitely not my last from Lithia Toyota. My salesman gave me a tour of parts and service and where I should go to take advantage of my lifetime oil package. (oil changes for life, pretty cool) I got the platinum extended warranty, so for 8 years everything is covered. (nice peace of mind and reasonably priced to boot) Nuff said, time to go and drive my new TC.....see ya at Lithia More
