I went in to Lithia Toyota Scion of Springfield looking to buy a nice used truck. I had a very limited budget and no idea what I was doing. This was the first vehicle I had ever purchased from a dealer. As I walk on the lot I expected to be gang rushed by multiple salesmen and pressured into buying a 25,000 dollar car I didn't want. Instead what I experienced was the complete opposite. James walked and talked with me around the lot for a while. We test drove a nice little truck that just wasn't for me, But he never gave up until I was happy. He even drove me across town to another lot and helped me find the perfect truck. I drove it back and he helped me fine tune the paper work with a great price. All in all I was very happy I went to Lithia Toyota Scion of Springfield. More
We had been looking for an F-J for some time. We really liked the black F-J and had to ask for a sales person. After waiting just a minute we were greeted by a young guy named James. I asked how long he ha liked the black F-J and had to ask for a sales person. After waiting just a minute we were greeted by a young guy named James. I asked how long he had been at Lithia and he said about a month. We came in on Veterans day for a sale since my husband was a Vet we decided to stop at Lithia in Springfield. He was very personable and honest. We had no trouble with the loan took just a few minutes. We were sent to the finance guy, friendly and quick. It was nice. We drove home our dream F-J and Im in love with it. We will get another new car in a few years for my husband and would totally consider Lithia of Springfield again, and look for James. James already called and scheduled my first maintenance appointment, very nice. More

I have no doubt that I received the best vehicle at the best value. I was pleasantly surprised and impressed on the number of details that Justin went the extra mile for me on. They took the extra time to get to know me. They made sure I was comfortable with every aspect of the vehicle before letting me drive it off the lot. I found my "dream car" on Auto Trader a 1997 30th Anniversary Z/28 Camaro with 76,100 original miles the only problem was it was 500 miles away at a Lithia dealer in Springfield, OR (I live in t 30th Anniversary Z/28 Camaro with 76,100 original miles the only problem was it was 500 miles away at a Lithia dealer in Springfield, OR (I live in the Reno, NV area). Bill Berg took my call on a Friday and took my information and reported to me I could get credit for the car but the rate was going to be 9 to 12% and I would need over a thousand dollars down. I went into scramble mode and my wife and I found away to make it happen, but it would have to wait a week not knowing if the car would still be there... I flew to Eugene the following Friday. Bill picked me up at the airport and I could tell right away he intended to take great care of me. The car looked like it had been in a time capsule... beyond expectations for a sixteen year old car. I bought the car over $2,000 dollars under NADA guidelines, Harold McDonald not only got me financed, but did it for 5.3%!!! For a "used" car! He then proceeded to give me a bumper to bumper warrantee for 60 Days stating he just wanted to make sure I was covered for the trip home. He also was able to work out a lifetime oil changes from Lithia for my car! The service, care and hospitality was incredible and beyond any car purchasing experience I have ever had. I had bought my wife a 2013 Subaru from Lithia in Reno back in May and they handled things the exact same way. Not just professional, but like family... If I decide to buy another car I will most definitely choose Lithia's family of brands even if it means traveling back to Oregon! More
