Sale staff friendly (of course) on first visit, decent price on the car we wanted. After the purchase we were dead to the sales staff and the service department isn't much better. I purchased a certified used toyota from Lithia of Springfield. I live 2 1/2 hours away. The following day I was walking around the car and saw that there was a problem with the front bumper alignmen Springfield. I live 2 1/2 hours away. The following day I was walking around the car and saw that there was a problem with the front bumper alignment that I had missed the day before. (It was a dark rainy day) I took the car to a reputable body shop who found extensive damage from a front end impact. As this car was supposed to have a 160 point inspection I was understandably very upset. I cancelled the payment on the car and called the dealership informed them that I was rejecting the car as not meeting the standards of the certification. Long story short it took over a month to resolve to issue in my favor. During this time not once did the dealership personally communicate with me. There may very well be many good sales people and management at this business, however I sure has heck never met any of them! FFF---- More

Aaron in the parts department has been my source for Toyota parts for years. He is knows the parts inside out and has also gone out of his way at times and helped with information on Lexus parts.
