I live in Medford so travelling 6 hours round trip to buy a car says a lot. This is a sales staff you can trust. I was never pressured to buy anything I did not want to. They were very willing to find a car that met my expectations rather than expecting me to buy what they had in inventory. The staff was courteous and very friendly. They took the extra time to get to know me. They made sure I was comfortable with every aspect of the vehicle before letting me drive it off the lot. I would definitely recommend a friend or family member to buy a car from Springfield Toyota. I do not work for or have any family members that work for Lithia! More
I found my "dream car" on Auto Trader a 1997 30th Anniversary Z/28 Camaro with 76,100 original miles the only problem was it was 500 miles away at a Lithia dealer in Springfield, OR (I live in t 30th Anniversary Z/28 Camaro with 76,100 original miles the only problem was it was 500 miles away at a Lithia dealer in Springfield, OR (I live in the Reno, NV area). Bill Berg took my call on a Friday and took my information and reported to me I could get credit for the car but the rate was going to be 9 to 12% and I would need over a thousand dollars down. I went into scramble mode and my wife and I found away to make it happen, but it would have to wait a week not knowing if the car would still be there... I flew to Eugene the following Friday. Bill picked me up at the airport and I could tell right away he intended to take great care of me. The car looked like it had been in a time capsule... beyond expectations for a sixteen year old car. I bought the car over $2,000 dollars under NADA guidelines, Harold McDonald not only got me financed, but did it for 5.3%!!! For a "used" car! He then proceeded to give me a bumper to bumper warrantee for 60 Days stating he just wanted to make sure I was covered for the trip home. He also was able to work out a lifetime oil changes from Lithia for my car! The service, care and hospitality was incredible and beyond any car purchasing experience I have ever had. I had bought my wife a 2013 Subaru from Lithia in Reno back in May and they handled things the exact same way. Not just professional, but like family... If I decide to buy another car I will most definitely choose Lithia's family of brands even if it means traveling back to Oregon! More

Upon entering the dealership I was greeted by a friendly salesperson offering to help me. I was able to tell Keith what it was that I was looking for in my next car purchase. He presented me with different options that he thought would work the best for my situation and the types of features I was looking for in a car. He took me around to look at the available cars and answered all questions I had. He was easy to work with and did not put any pressure on me to make the purchase. I felt comfortable and like what I was saying was being heard. I feel that I got a fair price and that Keith did what he could to get me the lowest payment possible. Steven Presley, sales person, listens to the needs and wishes of a customer, is knowledgeable, personable and conducts a transaction without pressure for the customer. It has been, by far, the most enjoyable experience of car purchasing I've ever had. More
