He quickly prepared the quote I recently used Costco's Auto Program to purchase car. I was given a referral to Keith Moreck, Internet Sales Manager. He quickly prepared the quote and we met for the sale. From the start, Keith provided the best customer service I have ever had in dealing with an auto dealership. He really glowed when a challenge with the another dealership that had agreed to trade our selected Camry and then stated they wouldn't. Keith along with his other team members and the Toyota Regional Manager were able to solve the challenge with the other dealership through their dedication and their excellent customer service to me. Keith quickly had the car transported to Lithia Toyota of Springfield and I was able to close the deal and take ownership today. At that time, Keith continued to demonstrate his excellent customer service by giving my wife and I a complete orientation of the car and its features. The next time someone asks about where to purchase a Toyota, I will not hesitate to refer them to Keith and the Costco Auto Program in order to receive the best customer service and pricing possible. Great Service We just bought a new RAV4. There was a HUGE difference between Lithia Toyota and Kendall Toyota. As soon as we walked in the door Keith was super frie We just bought a new RAV4. There was a HUGE difference between Lithia Toyota and Kendall Toyota. As soon as we walked in the door Keith was super friendly and helpful. He had already pulled up which cars were available and the different colors and models. Then we went outside to look at the cars and he was very helpful in answering any questions. When we were there it was obvious that the entire staff was really friendly. Everyone was making jokes with each other. I would definitely recommend buying a car here rather than from Kendall Toyota. Not only was the staff really friendly but they gave us a much better deal than what we were offered before. You could tell that they wanted to help make you happy rather than push you to buy something you didn't actually want. It honestly felt like they were there for you. More
BEWARE - Bought a brand new car that broke down in a day BEWARE of this dealer.. Bought a brand new Avalon Hybrid that broke down in the first 24 hours after purchase. Looks like they do not perform the pre BEWARE of this dealer.. Bought a brand new Avalon Hybrid that broke down in the first 24 hours after purchase. Looks like they do not perform the pre purchase inspection of their new cars. This is normally done in other Toyota dealerships. I bought an Avalon Hybrid Limited from Lithia Sprigfield this week. Process of buying was good. The general manager seemed like a nice guy and we ended up driving out with a new Avalon Hybrid in less then 3 hours. So why was this such a bad experience?? Well.. we had to drive back home to Portland from the dealership for about 100 miles. The dealer who were in such a hurry to make the deal happen did not even perform a preliminary pre-purchase inspection on the car. Next morning, my wife tries to open the doors next morning and it is not responding. We called AAA to jumped the batteries and took the car to a nearby Toyota service center. After performing an over night charge and full diagnostics, it was found that the battery on the hybrid was dead. The Lithia dealer had seen this problem when we were making the purchase but decided to let us (customers) take the risk by just zapping the batteries so that it leaves their premises and breaks down else where. So Beware of this dealer EVEN if you are buying a new vehicle (my Avalon had driven just 10 miles when I bought it).. I heard that this was a case lot rot. So I will have to now deal with other issues like flattening of tires, rusting of the rotters, etc.. as and when they get uncovered. Peace of mind of buy a new 40000+ $ Toyota is gone and we have to now live with all the issues with this car. More
No thanks. Way overpriced on their used vehicle selection. Tony the used car "manager" likes to add on about $3-4000 over book. Example? They have a 2003 Ford Way overpriced on their used vehicle selection. Tony the used car "manager" likes to add on about $3-4000 over book. Example? They have a 2003 Ford Ranger extended cab, V6, 2 wheel drive 2 door pickup. It has a large dent down the right side of the bed and a lot of deep scratches all over it. The interior had multiple burn marks from the previous owner who smoked and the interior of the arm rest was melted by something that had spilled in there at one time and the passenger side door lock did not work. The rear underside of the truck had been recently spray painted black (probably to hide rust) and they also installed rubber door / fender guards that weren't even straight. I looked on Kelly blue book and edmonds.com and searched for this exact vehicle and found that the same truck in EXCELLENT condition was a max 6995. The fair market price for this area was at $5200. Given all that was wrong with this truck I offered $3995. I think that was fair and MIGHT have even gone up to 4500 if Tony didn't come out and open his mouth. He told me the truck had a retail value of $7000 and my offer was ridiculous. So why then do I ask does the sign on the truck say the retail is $13,000 (yeah I know, joke right?) and because you are shopping at Lithia they will give a $3000 "discount" making it $10,000? He then got really defensive when I asked to see where he was getting his numbers from because they don't match mine. Then he told me to just go elsewhere and made a big show in front of the other customers and employees. Look it up yourself people. Lithia is no one I would consider to buy a used car from (or any car that is). Not with guys like Tony at the helm anyways. Hope this finds its way to the big man's desk. More

Lithia Toyota of Springfield was by far the most friendly and respectful dealership that we visited. As a young college student, and as a woman, I felt that other dealerships took advantage of my inexperience with car dealerships. Eric allowed us to test drive many vehicles without the pressure of making a purchase that day. He was very knowledgeable about all of the different vehicles I was interested in. When he didn't know the answer to a question, he was very willing to look up information and offer more relevant information. Eric remember my name upon each visit and what type of car I was interested in. Lithia Toyota was very flexible on allowing us to test drive the car for longer periods of time, something that we highly valued. When it came time to purchase a vehicle, they were very fair regarding price. I am also a Springfield resident and value keeping business local. Overall, I valued the friendly employees and feeling of respect at Lithia Toyota. I would recommend this dealership to friends and family. More
