When our chips were down and we were not going to be able to get what we needed or what we wanted the service and friendly people at Lithia Toyota wear nothing but kind and and generous. They did everything they could to help us out and they did everything in their power to make the experience quick, efficient and as friendly as they could. They were not just trying to sell my wife and me a car just to make some money. It seemed like they wanted to make sure the money that we spent with him something that we truly wanted and something that seemed very well worth it. I'm so surprised I've dealt with most of the major dealerships in Eugene and Springfield over my past 20 years in the area. It was really refreshing to see a dealershi I've dealt with most of the major dealerships in Eugene and Springfield over my past 20 years in the area. It was really refreshing to see a dealership that did the business transaction like a normal business versus the stereotypical car salesman that doesn't take no for an answer. There was no pressure, when I was asked if I wanted something and I said No they accepted that. That is worth something to me. Everything from the sales person Eric all the way down to the service center, It was as if they felt the relationship was more important than the transaction. My businesses feel the same way . It's worth the trip to Springfield to check these guys out. I'm sure the other sales people are good too but you might want to ask for Eric he was exceptional. To be clear I wasn't paid to say any of this nor did I get a better deal because of it, this is my honest opinion and the best car buying experience I have ever had. I plan on doing business with these people as long as they maintain this level of professionalism and building their business on relationships vs chasing the fast dollar. Thank you More
