We chose this dealership because of the selection and pricing. The dealership building itself was the modern Toyota thing, though much smaller than other dealerships I have been to. The Internet sales team members were patient and friendly. The finance guy was pretty straight forward and didn't come across as pushy at all. Overall, we would have liked to have compromised on a better price. We were told they don't negotiate, so we kind of felt out of options, especially after having been there for a few hours. In the end, we got a nice van at a fair price, but didn't leave feeling like we got a good deal. More

When I met him at the dealership a few hours later I could see the car was a good fit for me and Keith was patient with all my questions. I am inexperienced with buying a car on a payment system, I've prefered to pay cash. Keith never indicated my questions were stupid, he helped me understand the process. His approach was comfortable and allowed me space to decide what to do. More

I had a call from Keith within 15 minutes of my inquiry and made arrangements to go see/t I inquired with Lithia through Costco's car buying program. I had a call from Keith within 15 minutes of my inquiry and made arrangements to go see/test drive a vehicle. When I got there, Keith was use so he introduced me to Tim. We went for a spin in a 2015 Toyota Tacoma. There was no pressure at all, we came back to the dealership and talked a bit about price and options, again - no pressure, no back and forth with the xxI guy. Steve prepared my paperwork, I signed it and off I went. Super easy, no hassle, and I got my dream rig. Great experience with Lithia. More
