Luxury We stopped by the dealership to look at the used vehicle inventory. Michael greeted us and helped us look at some SUVs. We found an SUV we liked and we started Looking at the figures. Michael had another customer that came in which he had to attend to so he introduced us to Trevor. Trevor picked up right where Michael left off. Trevor and Mark worked to get us the deal we wanted but the numbers didn't work for us on the used SUV. Mark suggested leasing a new SUV which we had not thought about and had not considered as an option. We look at the 2017 RAV 4 and found the one we loved. It was the XLE model. We again worked the numbers and this time everything worked out. Trevor and Mark were great and listened to us and really worked with us. I would have never thought I would have a new SUV with a better deal than I could have expected. My wife loves her new "luxury" SUV, which is absolutely beautiful. Thanks guys. More

He located the SR5 and kept us well inform to where it was initially and specific locations until it arrived in S'field. Very polite, knowledgeable , and experienced! Good man to have at the other end of internet sales! Aside from this, I still cannot understand why the vehicle ended up with 25 miles on the odometer prior to my purchase? I still cannot believe that the DMV cost me $425.00 for the four years...something is amiss here! Was there a fee involve in the paperwork that was not explained to me? I feel that the "true car" value was somewhere i.e. $32,696...you folks receive manufacturer incentives, there were no rebates, etc. I am sure that you folks could have made me an allowance and negotiated the minus $300.00 I requested at the table...after all, we did pay "cash" and there were no other debt burdens from my side. Need to be a little more transparent! Be advised that we made two trips to S'field,...75 miles each way. More
Buying a new car I did my homework on Edmunds.com to get the make and model I wanted. Then got a price between msrp and invoice on the same site. I prefer to trade locally if they are competitive with dealerships in a 70 mile radius. 5 dealers sent me quotes for the specific model I described on Edmunds. There are 2 local Toyota dealers in Eugene, Kendall and Lithia. Lithia's price tied 1 other distant dealer and Kendall tied for highest price. The salesman Michael Lecuyer at Lithia was especially informative and pleasant to work with. Keith, the internet guy that I initially contacted through the Edmunds quote had the day off but provided follow up with Michael calling me to setup an appointment that day. So so we met Michael that afternoon and had our Highlander about 2 hrs later. This was the best and easiest car purchase I've made in 40+ years buying 6 cars and 2 trucks. All 3 salesmen were low pressure and informative but Michael made the deal for us. More
