First Ever Brand New Car I ended up driving from Ashland to Springfield (175 miles) to buy my first ever brand new car from this dealer. I bought my last used vehicle from an I ended up driving from Ashland to Springfield (175 miles) to buy my first ever brand new car from this dealer. I bought my last used vehicle from an awesome salesmen at Wheeler Toyota in Grants Pass as the ones at the Medford Lithia Toyota were more aggressive and annoying than mosquitoes. Unfortunately, at the time I needed to buy this vehicle Wheeler didn't have the selection nor the prices of Springfield. As a female, shopping for cars where you don't already have a relationship estblished can be a difficult and frustrating experience. Combined with the fact that my local Lithia dealer still had the same pushy and machismo attitudes, I was very hesitant to travel so far for possibly a similar experience. But Keith Moreck made the whole process virtually painless. Instead of trying to sell me the most expensive one or something they just wanted to move off their lot, he took the time to figure out my preferences. He even went a step further and combined the ideas of what I liked with my current and future needs for a vehicle. He also recognized that I was coming from such a long distance and had to return home as soon as possible to care for animals. So when I arrived, he had all available cars in the model and trim I was interested in pulled up to the front. He discussed the comparative pros and cons for each one and encouraged me to try them all out to help me narrow down my choice. He was very prompt and detailed in all our communications via email, phone, and text and never left me with the feeling of being pestered nor forgotten. In person, his straightforward and realistic approach to selling cars was refreshing. I would recommend this dealership, and more specifically Keith Moreck, to anyone interested in a hassle-free and enjoyable experience. More

He was very helpful when I made my first visit to the dealership showing me the cars and answering my concerns. He never pressured me to make a choice but always sent me the information that I needed and was very quick in getting back to me. I made another trip and learned more and them on the 3rd trip I decided to purchase but the color I wanted was not in stock so he looked and found when it would be in and kept me update to when it would be here. I then asked him about the next level and wanted to know if they had it in the color I wanted and what the price would be , he got right back to me with the information after looking it all over I decided to purchase it instead and set up a time to meet him at the dealership. After a test drive I said I wanted it and he then led me thru the process on making the purchase making sure I understood it all. I would highly recommend Keith and the dealership! Everyone I worked with were friendly and helpful. Keith made sure I understood the working and set up items in the car before I left with it and also told me to come back anytime I need more help. It was a very pleasant experience since I hadn't bought a car in 12 years. More

Easy Purchase of preowned vehicle I found a car that looked interesting on car gurus.com. I called to test drive it. Even though it was a Saturday, and very busy, Keith was very attent I found a car that looked interesting on car gurus.com. I called to test drive it. It was a very easy transaction, and I now have a great car. More
OK buying process but subpar after they get your $$ Lots of cars on the lot. My purchase experience was pretty smooth. A little back and forth about pricing and finalized everything in about an hour and a half. Disappointed in their customer service and being forthcoming, though. Vehicle only came with 1 key, which would normally be acceptable, but the key was the valet key and not a master key. With a valet key you cannot lock/unlock the glove box or program new keys for the vehicle, and any other key made off of the valet key would be the same. We were never told this during the buying process otherwise we would have negotiated the price for additional keys, and when we confronted the dealership about it a few days later they couldn't care less. They already had my money. So instead we went some place else, explained the situation and they gave me a great deal and remedied the situation. I understand it's not realistic to make sets of keys for every car on the lot, but you'd think at least providing 1 master key or being forthcoming about it during the buying process would be the most ethical thing to do. More

Only the very base models were within her budget when buying new, but used Impreza's hold their value so well we never found a good deal on a used Impreza. Just days before we were going to settle for a slightly out-of-budget new Impreza, I came across a great deal on a 2014 Subaru Impreza on Auto Trader, which happened to be located at Lithia Toyota in Springfield. I submitted a request for more information, making sure it was available and Keith Moreck called me back very quickly to confirm it was available. I went to the dealership that evening to check out the car. I arrived earlier than my girlfriend did and Keith spent the time with me going over the vehicle without trying to push it or any Toyota's on me (i was at a Toyota dealership after all). Once my girlfriend arrived, we took it for a test drive and she could tell it was the right car for her. It was already near closing time, and we spent some time "heming and hawing" on whether to work out a deal that night or wait until the weekend, and Keith wasn't pushy or impatient at all. In fact, he was understanding and helpful during the negotiating phase, when we were trying to make sure the vehicle would be within my girlfriends budget. Once we decided on a purchase price, it was a very short wait to go back and work with Harold McDonald on the paperwork. He was quick, friendly, and efficient. He offered the products and services he needed to offer, explained them in detail, and explained why or why my girlfriend might need any of them. Whether we accepted or declined any of the additional services, his demeanor was always jovial and entertaining. We took delivery of the vehicle that night, and the process couldn't have been easier. After a mechanic gave the vehicle an inspection today, they determined it was a very clean car and only needed an alignment. While this isn't covered under the Lithia Used Car warranty, they offered to do it free of charge. Keith and Harold made the purchase process fast, friendly, and easy. Thank you! More

I was skeptical, and felt like it was pretty hopeless, so I ignored him for a couple of weeks. Well, I finally went in and was approved for a "new to me" car. He bent over backwards to get me into a vehicle that I could afford and the staff was very nice too. After I got it home, I realized some things weren't working right and it needed to be detailed. Made an appointment and dropped my car off. They gave me a nice car to use while mine was in the shop. Tllhe service department was amazing as well. More

My anxiety and stress was quite apparent and Jermey's manner was therapeutic which enabled me to choose a vehicle that I was excited about as well as the ability to ask appropriate questions needed for such a purchase.
