Rodney, Keith and Harold... Oh My! All three of these guys treated me with respect and were very helpful throughout the process. I had the vehicle in mind when I contacted the Lithia Toyota online. Rodney immediately responded. He was able to take most of my information down over the phone. I let him know that I was interested in seeing the vehicle that day to purchase. He let me know that he was going to be leaving shortly, but would do whatever necessary to accommodate me. Rodney was helpful when looking and test driving the vehicle. The thing that I was impressed with was when I asked questions and he was unsure of the answer ( purchased a used Mercedes-Benz, he’s a Toyota salesperson) he let me know that he didn’t know, but was willing to find the answers out for me. When I had decided it was the one and all the financing had begun, Rodney let me know that he did have other commitments that he had to fulfill and that he would be leaving. This was 30 min after he told me he had to leave. In no way was he going to leave me high and dry. He truly showed me that I was a value client. From there he brought over Keith. Keith was able to answer all my questions, help me clean out my wife’s car and was enjoyable to talk to while waiting. Harold then ran over the docs with me. He explained all the options we had and wasn’t pushy at all. He had our best interest in mind. After all of that, my wife had to sign. Rather than making her come in Keith offered to follow me home and have my wife sign there. It worked out perfectly! Thank you so much to each of those guys. They are real professionals that do there job to the best of their abilities. They were kind and had great integrity. I would recommend them all to anyone. More
